At Glamivoy, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and simple refund process.


Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for items returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition with packaging and tags intact.
  • Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

How Refunds Work

  1. Submit a Return Request:
    Email us at help@glamivoy.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ship the Item Back:
    Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions for returning the item.
  3. Refund Issued:
    After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 15 business days.

Partial Refunds May Apply If:

  • The item shows signs of use or damage.
  • The return is received after the 15-day window without prior approval.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Shipping charges (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days:

  • First, check your bank or card account again.
  • Then, contact your bank or payment provider.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at help@glamivoy.com.
