Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available for items returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition with packaging and tags intact.
- Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
How Refunds Work
- Submit a Return Request:

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions for returning the item. - Refund Issued:
After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 15 business days.
Partial Refunds May Apply If:
- The item shows signs of use or damage.
- The return is received after the 15-day window without prior approval.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Shipping charges (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days:
- First, check your bank or card account again.
- Then, contact your bank or payment provider.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at help@glamivoy.com.
